Paolo Nutini has confirmed seven new UK tour dates due to take place later this year.

The Scottish singer, who is releasing new album 'Caustic Love' on April 14, will play a series of shows around the country in May and June.

The run will open at the Manchester Apollo on May 24 before playing cities such as Edinburgh and Brighton.

The tour will conclude with a date at the London Roundhouse on May 3.

Tickets for the dates will go on sale from Friday (March 14) at 9am UK time. The full schedule is as follows:

• May 24 - Manchester, Apollo
• May 27 - Edinburgh, Usher Hall
• May 28 - Bridlington, Spa
• May 30 - Wolverhampton, Civic Hall
• May 31 - Brighton, Brighton Centre
• June 2 - Norwich, UEA
• June 3 - London, Roundhouse
