Paolo Nutini has confirmed a massive Glasgow date.

The singer will play a Summer Sessions gig at the city's Bellahouston Park on August 29.

Promoter Geoff Ellis commented: "Paolo was a sensation headlining last year's T in the Park, so we are delighted to announce that he will be headlining Glasgow Summer Sessions on Saturday, August 29.

"Paolo has sold out gigs at The SSE Hydro, O2 Academy and across the globe - this is going to be an incredible event and a welcome return home for a Scottish music great."

Tickets will go on sale from March 28 at 10am UK time.

Nutini, who released the album 'Caustic Love' last year, hails from nearby town Paisley.
