The Wanted singer Tom Parker could face future police action in the US for throwing a bag of feces out of a vehicle.

Jay McGuiness told the Mirror that his bandmate could face a $500 fine for littering after some impromptu defecating out on the road in the past.

He said: "I am going to try to avoid Colorado right now, but if we do go, Tom needs to get $500 ready. That was the most expensive passing of a number two [Tom] will ever have."

McGuiness revealed last year in an interview that Parker had done his business on their tour bus in a plastic bag, saying:

"You can't do number twos on the tour bus. So Tom had to go in a plastic bag. He then chased me and Max around the bus with it."

The Wanted meanwhile got in to a spot of bother with UK police when a passer-by was drenched in drink after walking under the band's hotel balcony.

However, there wasn't enough evidence to take any further action against the 'I Found You' stars.
