Australian pop-punk band 5 Seconds Of Summer released their highly anticipated music video for 'She's Kinda Hot' last night (August 3) and drummer Ashton Irwin has now thanked fans for being so incredibly supportive of the song's accompanying visual. 

The heartthrob took to his official Twitter page this evening and told his followers that he's overwhelmed by the amount of hits the video has attracted in just one day.

Irwin explained that the offering has already now had over 1,600,000 views on the video hosting site: "1.6 MILLION VIEWS in 24 hours, that's insane, thank you so much if you've watched it... HELL YEAH!"

5SOS, meanwhile, recently opened up to Heat magazine about their experience of touring and admitted that it's a lot of fun: "The tour bus is great. We usually have 12 to 14 people onboard, so it's like a little family, almost like a football team. "The bad sides to touring are more like learning curves. [Actually], I don't think there are bad sides to touring - it's just learning how to be on the road. For example, you might not get to go outside for, like, a week."

Frontman Luke Hemmings added: "I feel like, as a band, we're pretty used to it by now. I mean, you can't really be in a band with three other dudes who are your best friends and not really know everything weird about them."
