Carrie Underwood reveals how she keeps calm

'Good Girl' beauty Carrie Underwood has revealed that her husband, hockey player Mike Fisher, is the only person who knows what to do when she's stressed.

During an interview with People magazine, Underwood confessed that her husband knows exactly how to calm her down when she's anxious about performing or making public appearances:

"If I'm nervous, he'll be like, 'C'mon, you have nothing to be nervous about. Just go do what you do and take a deep breath and say a little prayer and you're good to go.' Just being able to get a little kiss and go about my way, it definitely has a calming effect."

She went onto add that she loves bringing Fisher to star-studded events such as the CMT Awards, which happened earlier this week and saw her win the Video of the Year award for 'See You Again', and said: "It's nice to have a little man candy on my arm! He's my most awesome accessory."
