Vocal powerhouse Christina Aguilera has often been regarded as high-maintenance throughout her career, but her rider has revealed that the songstress is very down to earth and concerned about the environment.

The document, obtained by thesmokinggun.com, explains that the 'Your Body' sensation asks for simple comforts such as Oreo cookies, Nesquik chocolate milk and club sandwiches. Other food items on the list include meat platters, tea and coffee and fruit.

Last year, UK boyband The Wanted confessed that their meeting with the singer was less than pleasant after she refused to acknowledge them backstage, but the things noted on her rider show a more simple side.

Aguilera also requests that limited plastic cutlery and cups are provided so as to save the environment from unnecessary waste.
