Ed Sheeran has debuted a new song online.

The singer-songwriter is unleashing his new album 'x' on June 23 and he is uploading a new track from the record every day this week to iTunes.

Today (June 16) the Brit unveiled the song 'Afire Love', with its audio also going on YouTube.

Fans seemed to lap up the track, with on YouTube user commenting: "Compare this to SING and you really get a sense of how much depth this guy has. Ed can do it all..."

Sheeran meanwhile recently released the song 'Don't' from 'x' and he announced that it reached No.1 on iTunes in 24 countries across the world.

The songs follow on from the release of his lead single 'Sing', which reached No.1 in the UK.
