Ed Sheeran has revealed that he will be performing at the Grammys.

The singer-songwriter is nominated for an award at the glitzy ceremony on February 10 in Los Angeles but he will be taking to the stage too.

Sheeran is up for the Song of the Year gong for his track 'The A Team', which comes off his debut album '+'.

He has now revealed that he has landed a coveted slot at the event, saying on Twitter:

"Buzzing to announce i am going to be performing live on @TheGRAMMYs on Feb the 10th on @CBSTweet. Cannot wait!!"

Sheeran added: "More exciting news on the performance at the Grammys coming soon, stay tuned..."

Jack White meanwhile has also been confirmed to perform at the Grammys, alongside already announced acts such as Taylor Swift and fun.
