Little Mix have reacted to the idea of taking a prolonged break.

One Direction recently went on hiatus after releasing five albums.

Speaking to the Guardian, girl group Little Mix were asked about the possibility of them taking a break before reuniting for a greatest hits album.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock said: "I don’t think we’d ever be like, ‘It’s over'."

Jesy Nelson added: "We’d stop if it got to a point where people are like, 'They’re so done, why are they still trying?'.

"We don’t want to be too cringe.”
