McFly keen to keep writing for One DirectionMcFly have expressed their desire to keep penning songs for One Direction. The British quartet wrote the track 'I Would' for the band's latest album 'Take Me Home', whilst mainman Tom Fletcher also contributed the song 'I Want' for their 2011 debut 'Up All Night'. Speaking to the Daily Star, Fletcher said that whilst he is picky in choosing which acts he would like to write for, McFly's relationship with One Direction is a fruitful one. He added that he would like to keep contributing songs for the 'Live While We're Young' band in the future. Fletcher said: "It's quite a selective process, writing for other bands. I don't want to write a song for just anyone. I only do it for people I really like because that's when you do your best work, so I hope the relationship we have with One Direction can continue."
