Aerial images of photos of a recent One Direction stadium concert have been uploaded online.

The group played a couple of shows at Manchester's Etihad Stadium recently as part of their Where We Are world tour.

National Police Air Service Barton were patrolling around the area on one of the nights and they have now put some images from their helicopter on Twitter.

They see masses of people attending the gig and the snaps bring into focus the size of One Direction's stage set-up.

Next up on the tour meanwhile is a date at Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium on Tuesday (June 3).

The group will then play three shows at London's Wembley Stadium.
