One Direction itching to hit the stage tonight: 'It has been too long'

UK based boyband One Direction will resume their On The Road Again tour tonight (June 5) with a concert at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff and the lads revealed that they have never been so anxious to get back to it.

Heartthrob Louis Tomlinson took to his official Twitter page this afternoon and admitted that this concert is well overdue: "Literally can't wait for tonight!!!!! Seems like ages ago since we've been on the road!!"

Niall Horan also shared a tweet about the forthcoming performance and told his followers that he can't wait to sing with his band mates: "Still can't believe we are playing the millennium stadium tonight... One of the best in the world especially for the rugby!"

News website Wales Online posted a story earlier today that warned of huge tailbacks into Cardiff as people head into the city for 1D's concert: "There are reports of more than 45 miles of tailbacks on the M4 in Wales and England as thousands of music fans head to the city for the One Direction and Manic Street Preachers gigs."
