One Direction's Niall Horan asks fans to 'lay off the chases' as they try to relax

One Direction have had a rather busy day today with their interview and performance on 'Good Morning America', which saw member Louis Tomlinson confirm that he is set to become a father, and the boys have now called on fans to leave them alone while they unwind.

Irish heartthrob Niall Horan took to his official Twitter page this evening and asked fans to respect his band's privacy as they want to enjoy a little down time while they have it:

"C'mon guys, just lay off on the chases today please... been a long day so far, just wanna relax and enjoy the city with my friends, thank you. Never wanna sound like a moaner, just a bit of chill time, ya know? Very persistent."

In other news, former 1D member Zayn Malik is now said to have called off his engagement to Little Mix's Perrie Edwards. We are awaiting official comment from both Malik and Edwards' reps although the story has already been widely reported.
