One Direction cause chaos in Australia, promise 2013 arena tour

Not content with taking over North America, One Direction have seemingly been causing a bit of a commotion Down Under too.

The band are currently in Australia as they continue their quest to become the world's most talked about band.

The quintet appeared on Australia's Sunrise show as masses of giddy fans watched on from outside.

And Liam Payne gave their fans some good news by confirming that they will be returning to Australia and New Zealand next year for an arena tour. He said:

"Yes, we will be coming back with our full arena show to Australia and New Zealand next year. We can't thank the fans enough for their support. We'll be announcing it all very soon so stay tuned for more details."

The band had already been causing a bit of stir in Australia after being snapped topless on a yacht, with Zayn Malik also sending countless girls wild by standing topless in his hotel room window.
