X Factor choreographer Brian Friedman has revealed that Harry Styles was One Direction's best dancer on the show. The group were pieced together from solo contestants on the reality series back in 2010, with the quintet finishing third overall. However, they have gone on to achieve global success and have performed dance routines in front of thousands across the world.

Choreographer for the show, Brian Friedman, worked with One Direction on the series and he has since revealed who the top dancer out of the five lads was.

Friedman said: "Harry was definitely the best dancer. He was always good at the choreography. Niall was good at remembering which direction to move in."

He also praised Zayn Malik's moves after the Bradford singer had a bout of nerves over his dancing.

He added: "We all saw at Boot Camp that Zayn was about to walk away from the competition because of his dancing. But he's better than he thought."
