Robin Thicke has admitted that he has spent over £300,000 on marijuana.

The 'Blurred Lines' man told The Sun that he has access to the drug via a friend for medicinal use due to a "bad knee".

However, his habit seems a tad more recreational after he confessed that he has spent about £320,000 on the drug.

Thicke said: "I do smoke; I do everything I'm not supposed to do. Weed is my crutch, my muse, the lesser of all evil. I've spent a good £320,000 on pot."

He added: "My buddy runs a store. I can get medical marijuana when I'm at home. It's a non-stop chimney.''

As previously reported, Thicke recently claimed that his hit song 'Blurred Lines' can be considered a "feminist movement within itself" despite criticism that it objectifies women.
