Adele has been confirmed to appear on this weekend's X Factor final.

The singer will take to the stage to perform her comeback hit 'Hello' on Sunday (December 13) at London's Wembley Arena.

Coldplay are also on the bill, with the band due to perform 'Adventure of A Lifetime'.

One Direction will return to the X Factor to run through 'Infinity'.

Little Mix meanwhile will perform with Fleur East on the Saturday (December 12), with 2014 winner Ben Haenow and Leona Lewis to duet on the same night.

This year's X Factor final will be contested by Louisa Johnson, Reggie n Bollie and Che Chesterman.
