Adele's '21' most unwanted Christmas present

Adele's hit album '21' was Britain's most unwanted music related Christmas present this year, it has emerged.

MusicMagpie, a website which allows users to trade in CDs for cash, have revealed that they have received 47,315 copies of '21' since Christmas Day.

Second on the list of the most unwanted gifts is Emeli Sandé's debut record 'Our Version of Events', which has been returned 41,038 times.

One Direction's first album 'Up All Night' meanwhile has been traded in 37,846 times on the website.

The most rejected DVD meanwhile was Twilight with 36,217 copies sent in by the public.

MusicMagpie's Eren Ozagir told The Sun: "It's a sad fact that many of the items sold are given by Mum and Dad."
