Hilary Duff has revealed that she’s ready to write a second novel, even though her first book was only released earlier this month (October 10).

The actress/singer signed a book deal and is currently touring the US in promotion of her teen mystery novel ‘Elixir’. 

The story, which tells of a photographer who investigates the mystery around the disappearance of her father, is being snapped up and praised by readers.

The Duff showed her appreciation via her Twitter page, saying: “Can’t believe so many people have read the book already! Yipeeee! Starting the next one in two weeks.”
