'Halo' sensation Beyoncé treated V Festival goers to a blinding headlining set on Saturday, August 17 and then continued the trend by treating her entourage to a large order of chicken from a well known UK restaurant chain.

She called in an impressive order to Nando's and the bill, which included 48 whole chickens and 58 wing platters, came to a whopping £1,444.10 ($2,263).

Back in May, Beyoncé placed another expensive order with the restaurant after performing live in Dublin, Ireland although it was considerably cheaper and came to a total of €875.90 (£750).

A spokesperson for Nando's told the press that taking her order was exciting: "Beyoncé lived up to her Sasha Fierce persona when choosing to gamble with Wing Roulette, a platter of 10 wings ranging in spiciness from mild to extra-hot, further proving that there’s no PERi-PERi spice that the Independent Woman can’t handle."

The restaurant has proven to be incredibly popular with artists from around the world who visit the UK and fans include Rihanna, Kelly Rowland and even One Direction.
