Britney Spears has treated her fans to a teaser clip of her next video.

The singer is releasing the song 'Perfume' as the next cut from her eighth studio record 'Britney Jean'.

She has uploaded a 36-second preview clip of the song's video ahead of its full release next week.

It sees the song's lyrics feature alongside shots of Spears posing, as well as a ring being handed over.

'Perfume' was co-written by the singer herself and Australian hitmaker Sia.

It follows previous single 'Work Bitch', which reached No.7 in the UK when it was released in country in early November.

Spears meanwhile recently admitted that she might retire from music after she completes her two-year Las Vegas residency to focus on having more children.

The singer is due to kick off her Planet Hollywood dates on December 27.
