Hitmaker Flo Rida has returned to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart with his popular single 'Whistle' for a second non-consecutive week.

He has knocked Taylor Swift from her impressive two-week reign at No.1 with her track 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' although it only decreased 11 % overall in Hot 100 points accoring to Nielsen SoundScan so it was a close race.

Writing on his official Twitter page earlier this evening (September 5), he thanked his fans for supporting the song: "#Repost #TeamFlo we did it again! ☝lemme hear you #whistle!"

Back in August, he was ordered to pay $400,000 after cancelling a performance at an Australian music festival at the last minute.
