Jessie J returns to the studio: "I'm back"

Now that her involvement at the London 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony is over, pop sensation Jessie J has returned to the recording studio to lay down some new tracks.

The superstar wowed a live audience of 80,000 and millions more at home on Sunday night (August 12) with several incredible performances at the sporting event's finale and even performed with iconic rock outfit Queen as their frontwoman for the evening.

Now, she has taken to social networking site Twitter to tell her 5.3 million followers that there will be no time for rest as she has new music to make.

"I'm back ;)," she simply wrote earlier this afternoon (August 14) and the 'Price Tag' beauty accompanied the message with a photograph of her hand poised on a mixing desk in a recording studio.

2012 has been an amazing year for Jessie J as she performed at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert, landed a judging role on The Voice UK, and was honoured with the Solo Artist of the Year prize at the Glamour Awards.
