Justin Bieber has put rumours of retirement to the back of his mind by hitting the recording studio.

The Canadian shocked fans recently when he appeared to suggest that he might hang up his boots soon to focus on his private life.

Whilst it was confirmed to be said tongue in cheek, rumours continued about Bieber's longevity.

However, he recently uploaded a photo of himself with Kid Cudi in a studio on Instagram.

Producer Douglas Romanow meanwhile tweeted alongside a photo earlier this month: "Justin Bieber's retirement rumors are greatly exaggerated > I've been recording him in Toronto."

The 19-year-old meanwhile also recently uploaded a photo of himself with former flare Selena Gomez, with the pair seen cuddling.
