Justin Bieber song No.1 in Australia for seventh week in a row

Justin Bieber has topped the Australian singles chart for yet another week.

The singer's track 'Love Yourself' has now been at No.1 on the ARIA chart for seven weeks on the trot.

It is the longest run at the top since Justice Crew's 'Que Sera' achieved nine weeks in 2014.

However, Bieber's worldwide grip over the charts could be under threat, with Shawn Mendes topping the UK list on Friday (January 22).

Adele's '25' meanwhile has now achieved eight non-successive weeks at No.1 on Australia's albums chart.

This means that the record and her 2011 effort '21' have now spent a combined 40 weeks at the top of the chart.
