American Idol superstar Kelly Clarkson has announced details of a full U.S. headlining tour in support of her brand new album, 'Stronger'. 

The 'Mr. Know It All' powerhouse is set to perform shows in more than 40 cities during the extensive string of dates that will begin on January 13 in Connecticut, and she announced via social networking site Twitter than she will be joined by a special guest:

"JUST ANNOUNCED: Kelly's Stronger Tour 2012 with special guest Matt Nathanson!"
