Kelly Rowland has showed her broody side on Twitter - and her super toned side too.

The singer and X Factor judge posted a couple of photos on the social networking website this morning (April 5).

She posted an image of herself training in the gym - showcasing a set of rock hard abs.

Rowland then uploaded an image of herself with some "freaking cute" baby shoes - possibly revealing some broodiness.

Tweeting about her time in the gym, Rowland said: "Tread and shed with my amazing trainer @jeanettejenkins! #SexyAbs"

As previously reported, Rowland was recently honoured for her "dynamic contributions" to music at Essence's 3rd Annual Black Women in Music Gala in February.
