Australian pop icon Kylie Minogue has unveiled the lyric video for her upcoming new single, 'Skirt', which will be her first Roc Nation release.

The beauty surprised fans back in February after signing to Jay-Z's hip hop label, but appears to be right at home there with this new upbeat track.

Visually, the clip is stylish and sees photographs of Minogue in a series of seductive poses flashing up on the screen while the words are overlayed in a bold font with a transparent finish. 'Skirt' serves as a teaser for her forthcoming 12th studio album and was shared on her 45th birthday.

Speaking to Nowness, through which the lyric video has been revealed, Minogue explained that Roc Nation is a fantastic place to showcase her new sound:

"Joining the Roc family has been an exciting whirlwind. I've had the opportunity to work with some  producers who have been on my wish list for a number of years so it's amazing! Roc Nation is such a dynamic company, combining many years of experience with a hungry young team. It makes for fireworks and I think that will be heard in the music."
