Lady Gaga has offered some new details about her forthcoming tour.

The singer confirmed today (December 3) that she will bring her artRave: The ARTPOP Ball Tour to North America next year.

It is expected to be the first in a series of legs that will form a world tour.

Speaking on Twitter after announcing her first batch of dates, Gaga said:

"artRave: The ARTPOP Ball will be a full on party combining music, fashion, & technology in one explosive performance! And the best part is, tickets will be available for as low as $35, and $85 for general admission seating which puts you INSIDE THE STAGE!"

One fan meanwhile told the 'Applause' star: "I want the whole floor to be like the pit and have gaga be able to walk around the whole outside of the floor."

Teasing the stage layout, Gaga simply replied: "Hmmm :)."

The first date of artRave: The ARTPOP Ball Tour North America jaunt meanwhile will take place in Florida on May 4.
