Niall Horan reveals excitement over songwriting sessions: 'Some really cool things are coming up'

Irish heartthrob Niall Horan has confessed that he's heading into the studio soon with some of his favourite writers for exciting songwriting sessions.

Writing on his official Twitter page earlier this evening (March 6), Horan explained that he can't wait to get stuck in and to be creative: "Got some really cool writing sessions coming up ! With some of my favourite writers! Looking forward to it."

He also revealed that One Direction's forthcoming new tour will feature a lot more guitars, adding:

"Just been chatting to @jonshonekeys about music for the tour! Holy sh*t I cannot wait! So many guitars!"

Member Liam Payne also recently told press that he thinks the boyband's new album will appeal to a wider demographic: "People say we don't work hard and it's all a game and whatever. We just wanna make good music, and this album - honestly, every lad out there tonight who's thinking One Direction are this and that. Literally, next album - pick up our album and see what you feel."
