GRAMMY-award winning musician Harry Connick Jr. has revealed that one of his favourite things about being on the 'American Idol' panel this season is the on-set relationship he has with judge Jennifer Lopez. 

The new series of the popular vocal talent show is due to kick off later tonight at 8/7c on FOX and sees the judges searching for amazing voices in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Speaking to On Air with Ryan earlier today (January 7) about the dynamic he shares with the songstress, Connick Jr. explained that she is really giggly and he enjoys making her laugh at inappropriate times:

"My biggest goal, when it’s appropriate, is to make Jenny laugh. I love making her laugh because she’s really easy to get to laugh. I’ll say something to Keith, and Keith will hold it together. But Jen, she’ll just lose it. She’s adorable when she laughs like that.”
