Olivia Somerlyn shares her top fitness tips with Pressparty
The beauty is a strong believer in healthy eating and wellness, and told us one of her top tips for working out along with other information on how she keeps in shape.
Speaking to us this week, the 'Parachute' hitmaker explained that she uses the treadmill a lot when she's on the road because she likes to get herself into a routine:
"So what I tend to do on a daily basis... I like to keep it consistent when I'm touring like I am right now, but what I do everyday is get to the gym and get on the treadmill for 20 to 40 minutes. I like to walk. I walk at the highest incline... running can be bad on your joints and knees. Then I'll go do an ab or leg circuit on the mat with weights. That varies a little based on the timing and what the hotel's gym has available."
"One of my friends just asked me for work out tips because I really do love to be active and healthy, and I said that one thing that makes me want to work out is having a 'treadmill TV' show that you only watch when you're on the treadmill! It has to be something that's already out so you can watch it whenever you want!"
We also asked her what she likes the most about London, Somerlyn admitted that along with having a soft spot for the city's architecture she really loves a vegan bakery in Camden and makes it her first port of call whenever she's in town:
"I love it... I love the history and architecture particularly... the museums. I mean, this is really weird, but I have a favourite vegan milkshake that I get when I'm here. I'm allergic to dairy so I can't have regular milkshakes. I arrived yesterday and went straight there... it's in Camden Lock and it's called Cookies and Scream. The shake is called The Affogato. I don't have coffee often so it makes me really hyper!"
