The nominees for the 47th annual NAACP Awards have been announced.
Janet Jackson leads with the most nominations having scored six nods in categories including Outstanding Music Video, Outstanding Female Artist, and Outstanding Album for her recent comeback LP ‘Unbreakable’.
The Weeknd has also earned himself a selection of nominations as an Outstanding New Artist and Outstanding Album for ‘Beauty Behind The Madness’.
The NAACP Awards will be broadcast live on February 5 with Andre Anderson hosting.
