Social media site Facebook has unveiled a list of the Top 10 most-talked about entertainers around the world this year and the rundown has been topped by British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. 

The site released its 2015 Year in Review lists and it sees the 'Thinking Out Loud' superstar sitting firmly in the No.1 position, ahead of Taylor Swift, Kanye West, Caitlyn Jenner, and 'Hotline Bling' hitmaker Drake. 

Sheeran, meanwhile, recently revealed that he will be undergoing surgery in January for a burst eardrum: "I have to have an operation in January on my ear because I stupidly jumped off a yacht really high up and smashed it. I landed wrong and it burst my eardrum so I have to go and get a graft, which means I'm not allowed to fly for a while, so it's kind of good; it means I have to stay at home."
