Oasis have beaten Bowie and Queen in best British song poll

Oasis have dominated a new poll of Britain's best songs.

Radio X recently asked listeners to name their favourites - and it saw the Gallagher brothers have the top four entries.

The No.1 spot went to 'Wonderwall', with 'Don’t Look Back In Anger', 'Champagne Supernova' and 'Live Forever' following.

The Stone Roses' 'I Am The Resurrection' was No.5, with Arctic Monkeys' breakthrough hit 'I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor' at No.6.

David Bowie's 'Heroes' and 'Life On Mars' feature in the top ten.
