Method Man has joined forces with comic book company Marvel to co-write a festive special called 'Ghost Rider X-Mas Special Infinite'.

The blurb for the book on Marvel's website reads: "THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE! Robbie Reyes' little brother Gabe is getting teased in school for having too much Christmas spirit! The kids of East L.A. are less than excited about Santa Claus' impending visit, making them the perfect victims for the evil KRAMPUS!"

Illustrator and co-writer Anthony Piper issued a statement on the collaborative project and said: "This was my first writing assignment with Marvel and I definitely wanted to interject some humour into the story."

"The rapper Method Man came up with the story and I scripted the dialogue for it. Taking my writing style and combining it with some of the elements already in the story felt kind of tricky, but also fun."
