Frank Ocean will join the Nine Inch Nails among the headline acts performing at this year's Panorama Festival in New York.

They're joined high up on the bill by A Tribe Called Quest, Tame Impala and Solange. Alt-J, Justice, MGMT, Spoon, Belle & Sebastian, Cashmere Cat and Angel Olsen are also confirmed to perform at the Randall's Island Park show between July 28-30.

Tickets are due to go on sale from Friday (January 13), while American Express card holders will receive access to a pre-sale one day earlier.
