Bon Jovi give exercise a bad name

Bon Jovi reveal that they are playing a concert in Hyde Park so that they’re closer to their hotel and can simply cross the park to bed.

Speaking to the Daily Star of their latest headlining booking for the Hard Rock Calling festival next summer, Jon Bon Jovi said: “We could have sold out Wembley Stadium no problem but Hyde Park is right out the back door of the hotel I stay at in London.

“The traffic of getting to Wembley from central London I’ve done enough times. I like to walk across the park, it’s that simple.”

The star also talked about a possible slot at Glastonbury, which is the same weekend.

“I’ve always toyed with the idea of playing there,” he said. “If they don’t have another old-timer like me, I’d love to go out and see it and perhaps do a set, sure.”
