Bobby Farrell, frontman of iconic band Boney M, has died during a tour in Russia. 

His agent, John Seine, confirmed the reports and said that the singer failed to respond to a wake up call this morning (December 30) and was later found dead in his hotel room. 

The 61 year old star performed a show on Wednesday night (December 29), under the moniker Bobby Farrell and Boney M, as scheduled but was found this morning in his St. Petersburg hotel room by staff.
