Gwyneth Paltrow and Florence Welch to perform at the Oscars

There will be some special performances at this year's 83rd Academy Awards ceremony, and the names have finally been unveiled.

In an official statement this evening (February 4), the Oscars has confirmed that:

"Gwyneth Paltrow will perform “Coming Home” from the film “Country Strong.” 

"Original Song nominee A.R. Rahman and Florence Welch, of Florence + the Machine, will perform “If I Rise” from the film “127 Hours.”  Rahman is nominated for writing the music (Dido and Rollo Armstrong are also nominated for the song’s lyric)."

In addition to these two acts, Randy Newman will also perform the song he wrote for 'Toy Story 3', called 'We Belong Together'. 

The Academy Awards will be held on Sunday, February 27 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, and you can watch Gwyneth Paltrow's live performance of 'Country Strong' here:
