An unofficial trailer has surfaced for 50 Cent's forthcoming movie, 'Things Fall Apart', after it premiered this past weekend at the Miami International Film Festival. 

The film became a talking point last year after photos of the rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, surfaced in which he had lost a significant amount of weight in order to accurately portray the role. He also revealed in a previous interview with Rap Up magazine that a friend was his inspiration for the film's plot:

"My motivation for the project was my best friend, Charles Pringle. He lived across the street from me; he actually died of cancer.”

The script was written by the 'Baby By Me' star and documents the life of an NFL hopeful who tragically gets diagnosed with cancer. Watch the clip below:
