Prince has been confirmed to perform at this year's Hop Farm Festival. 

The event, which is already set to feature appearances from City and Colour, Morrissey and Brandon Flowers, has added a third day to its packed schedule that will be headlined by the iconic 'Purple Rain' star. 

More acts will be announced over the next few weeks and the festival itself will take place between July 1-3 in Kent, and tickets for the third day will go onsale at 9am on Thursday, May 19.
