The Game apologises for Twitter prankIn an appearance on CNN yesterday (August 17), The Game apologised for a Twitter prank last weekend that flooded a sheriff's office in Compton, California. The sheriff's office received hundreds of phone calls from fans seeking an internship with the Los Angeles rapper. "It was a simple mishap," the Game said. "I was doing a photo shoot and it was downtown Los Angeles and one of my boys picked up my phone and started tweeting random numbers." The Game finished the interview by offering his "sincerest apologies to the sheriff's department" and insisting that it was "just a joke gone wrong." Watch The Game give his statement on CNN here:
