Kid Massive to release third single 'Yawn' from his forthcoming album

Danish super-producer Kid Massive is set to unleash the massive, crossover monster hit ‘Yawn’ on Transmission Recordings. The single, released on 26th February 2012 is the third to be taken from his highly anticipated debut artist album, ‘A Little Louder’.

‘Yawn’ is a collaboration of talent, combining the forces of the voice of dance, Sam Obernik and Dutch MC, Jay Colin. Between the super trio they deliver an infectious, electro hit that is set to take the world by storm. It pokes fun at the gratuitous statements that ride alongside the superficial side of electronic music culture which Sam Obernik delivers with bags of attitude: ‘champagne, limousines, gold, money, diamonds - Yawn!’

The remix package features Spanish superstar David Tort who saturates the track with a lush progressive groove, twisting it into a dirty, bass-heavy monster, whilst Australian electro outfit, Vandalism, turn-up the fun factor, using quirky drops and a playful vibe to kick the original into bounce-fuelled overdrive. Silcox & Eyes, the duo hotly tipped by the likes of BBC Radio 1’s Zane Lowe, deliver an epic dubstep offering; a slamming take filled to the brim with distortion and wobble bass. An additional house mix is also included to keep the house and tech heads satisfied.

Kid Massive is responsible for some of dance music’s finest records including “Home” – a powerhouse collaboration between Grammy Award winning producer Paul Harris (Dirty Vegas), Michael Gray (Full Intention) and Sam Obernik; and ‘A Little Louder’ and ‘Don’t Cry’ – both tracks taken from his forthcoming album and both making big appearances on Radio 1 and in the UK Club and Buzz Charts.

Kid Massive is on exceptional form on this release - ‘Yawn’ is thoroughly contagious. You have been warned!
