A Brazilian musician has accused Madonna of plagiarism - but isn't sure whether to sue her because he is a big fan of hers.

Joao Brasil says that the Queen of Pop copied part of his song 'L.O.V.E Banana' in her latest single, 'Give Me All Your Luvin''.

However, he isn't sure yet whether to take legal action against the singer - because he takes it all as a compliment. He told Brazilian newspaper Folha da Sao Paulo:

"I still don't understand what happened. I'm a huge fan of hers. If it's plagiarism, then even better. She is always at the cutting edge of music, so it's a good sign about what I do...It's in their hands, they're looking at how to proceed and what they can do. But personally I don't want to do anything. The last thing I need in my life is a fight with Madonna."
