Sheryl Crow has benign brain tumour

Songstress Sheryl Crow has revealed that she has been diagnosed with a benign brain tumour.

She was speaking to a reporter from the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Friday, June 1 in a suite at The Hotel in Mandalay Bay when she revealed the shocking news and explained:

"I worried about my memory so much that I went and got an MRI. And I found out I have a brain tumor. It's benign, so I don't have to worry about it. And I was, like, 'See? I knew there was something wrong'."

"I haven't really talked about it. In November, I found out I have a brain tumor. But it's benign, so I don't have to worry about it. But it gives me a fit."

Her representative has been quick to reassure the world's media and Crow's fans alike, saying: "It was a random mention during the [Vegas] interview. It was not meant to alarm anyone. She is doing great and is healthy and happy."
