Rihanna's brother Rorrey Fenty has revealed that his sister was a model student back in the day.

The singer is perhaps better known as something of a party animal these days, but it seems like she was anything but back in school.

Speaking to the Daily Star, 22-year-old Fenty said that the pair of them worked "very hard" in their Barbados school and that the singer had a "lot of discipline". He said:

"We worked very hard and took it really seriously. We went to good schools and Ri was a good student. She is very self-motivated so Mum didn't have to push her to do homework. She had a lot of discipline. We only went to the beach on Sundays."

He added that Rihanna used to be heavily into UFOs, watching films about them "all weekend". Fenty said:

"We used to spend all weekend watching movies and talking about UFOs, looking out for them. Ri really believes there are UFOs."
