Conor Maynard has revealed that he had to move house after fans found out where he lived.

The 19-year-old from Brighton has morphed from a bedroom YouTube singer to a music star in waiting almost overnight.

Speaking to the Telegraph, Maynard said that his usual trip to the shop to get some milk has changed dramatically recently, with fans clamouring for his attention.

He said that he had to move house as a result of overzealous fans - and it looks like he might have to do it again. Speaking about his fans and his daily life, Maynard said:

"It's all switched. My average trip around the corner to get a pint of milk might include being followed, screamed at, having my song sung at me, pictures being taken. I had to move from my house because fans found out where I lived. Then this morning I found a little note stuck to my door saying, 'I live right across from you, can I get a picture real soon?' So I'll probably have to move again. It's quite funny really."
