Little Mix have revealed that they want to pick up some tips on how to perform live from JLS.

The girl group are currently preparing to release their debut album, a year after forming on the UK version of the X Factor.

They have spoken out in praise of fellow X Factor alumni JLS and their ability to mix dance and vocals live. Singer Jade Thirlwall said:

"We went to see JLS on their tour a couple of months ago and they were all about the big performance - the dancing and the singing. We love all that. We've definitely got a lot of things to learn from them."

Perrie Edwards meanwhile added: "We're working on our stamina. We have to know a routine so well we don't have to think about it. I might start jogging but I don't like jogging by myself because I feel like I look like a loser."
