Justin Bieber's mother to release pro-life short film

Pattie Mallette, the mother of teen sensation Justin Bieber, will bring her pro-life short film to theatres next month.

She will host screenings of 'Crescendo', for which she worked as the executive producer, as a fundraising effort for pregnancy centres around the world and it is confirmed to be shown at 100 locations on February 28.

Mallette gave birth to the 'As Long As You Love Me' singer at just 17-years-old and spoke out about her struggles as a single mother in her 2012 memoir, 'Nowhere But Up: The Story of Justin Bieber's Mom.' In the book, she opens up about how she was pressured into getting an abortion.

Speaking about her film, 'Crescendo', Mallette explained that she hopes it will "encourage young women all over the world, just like me, to let them know that there is a place to go, people who will take care of you and a safe home to live in if you are pregnant and think you have nowhere else to turn."
